Take A Bite Out of Cuba

My Abuela is in town and that always means cooking, cooking and more Cuban cooking. One of my all time favorite dishes to munch on are croquettes. To be honest they're really just fried meat paste but that sounds disgusting and it is impossible to pair disgusting and croquettes. Much better adjectives would be bursting with flavor, comfort food, delicious, addictive... I'll spare you the rest, but seriously they are worth the effort! Now I can't just go handing out the family recipe can I, but this recipe is really yummy too!
